AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE#70 SECTION 8 (A) TO ESTABLISH A NEW DATE FOR WATER SERVICE (BILLING).

WHEREAS, the ten (10) day time period for payment for water services rendered for billing has been deemed an insufficient time period.

NOW, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GASSVILLE, ARKANSAS:

Section 8 (A) of Ordinance #70 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 8. (A). That all bills for water services are payable the 1st to the 15th day of each month and after the 15th day of each month a penalty of ten percent (10%) shall be added to all past due bills.
