Sewer Expansion Project

                                      ATTENTION

The Gassville sewer expansion project is scheduled to begin October 12, 2020. The service area for approx. 100 new services includes: (North of Hwy 62/412) from Cedar Lane to CR 710 and (South of Hwy 62/412) from CC Drive to CR 710 (Including Red Apple Acres Subdivision). The contractor for the project is Arlynd Mallett (Mallett Excavating Inc. of Mtn. Home). The time frame for the project is 635 days for substantial completion and readiness for final payment is 700 days. Ken Cotter, P.E. Consolidated Land Services of Mountain Home is the Project Engineer. The estimated cost of the project is $1.933 million dollars with funding obtained in the form of loan/grants from the following agencies. United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development, Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) and Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.
