  BID NOTICE

The City of Gassville is accepting sealed bids for street paving for 2025. bidding must be done per ton. the successful bidder must furnish all materials, labor and equipment to accomplish the required street paving. the successful bidder must be an Arkansas State licensed and bonded contractor. Please include state license number on your bid. Specifications for street paving may be obtained at Gassville City Hall located at 204 South School Street between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2025.Please indicate "2025 STREET PAVING BID" on the sealed envelope. bids will be opened at the City Council meeting on August 19, 2025 to be held in the Community Center at 204 South School Street starting at 6:00 p.m. The City of Gassville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
