Business Licenses Due in Gassville

Business License Fees are due on April 15th every year. Please contact City Hall, 870-435-6439 if you have not received your Annual License. It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to maintain a business within the town without complying with the provisions hereof within thirty (30) days after commencement of business. Each violation hereof shall be punished by a fine of not less that one dollar ($1.00) and not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) each day such violation continues.
