The City of Gassville, Arkansas (Baxter County Pop. 2,171) is accepting applications for the position of a full-time /part-time POLICE OFFICERS. Applicants must be certified and meet all requirements of law enforcement standards and training for the State of Arkansas for full or part-time positions. Starting salary is $17.50-$19.50 hr. depending on experience with benefits including: paid health insurance, LOPFI retirement (officer contributes 3.5 percent city contributes 24 percent), sick time, and vacation for full-time positions. Part-time positions salary is $16 hr. with LOPFI retirement benefit. The City Police Department works 12-hour shifts. Applications may be obtained at City Hall located at 204 S.
