BID NOTICE

The City of Gassville is accepting bids for the sale of a 1997 International 530 single cab chassis Pierce Pumper Fire Engine. The Engine is a diesel with an allison automatic transmission. The Engine has a 1,000 gal. tank and the pump is a 1250 GPM top mount. The Engine can be viewed at the fire department located at 206 South School St. during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or by appointment by calling (870) 706-1082. The minimum bid for the Engine is $60,000 (sixty-thousand dollars). Bids will be accepted at Gassville City Hall located at 204 South School St. until 4:30 p.m. Friday June 16, 2023. Sealed bids should have "1997 Pierce Pumper Fire Engine" marked on envelope. Bids will be opened at the June 20, 2023 meeting of the Gassville City Council. The City of Gassville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
